A listing can be semi-anonymous when the mandate requires discretion. The public page shows enough to create serious interest, and no more.
Interested buyers contact the responsible broker directly from the listing, mainly through WhatsApp. You receive the asset context and manage the conversation independently. HYPERLUXE never places itself between you and the buyer.
HYPERLUXE charges for the publication service, not for the transaction. There is no success fee and no sales commission. If a deal happens through a contact generated by a HYPERLUXE listing, you keep 100% of your commission.

Dealers, brokers and authorised representatives can all join. You must be able to explain and, when requested, support your right to present the asset.
HYPERLUXE may reject inventory that does not fit the marketplace positioning.
