The Brough Superior RMB01 draws its name from Richard Mille, RMB01, and its construction from the disciplines of both houses: CNC-machined aluminium frame with a forged-carbon exoskeleton, Fior-type front suspension, and a 997cc water-cooled DOHC 88° V-Twin producing 130 bhp. No road homologation was sought. The motorcycle exists purely as a track instrument.
Brough Superior, revived in 2013 after an absence of more than six decades, built its contemporary identity on the same ethos as its pre-war predecessor: extreme mechanical ambition, obsessive hand-assembly, and absolute exclusivity. The partnership with Richard Mille, announced as a natural convergence of two ultra-precise disciplines, produced the RMB01 as its singular physical result.
