Access to the HYPERLUXE network is granted at our sole discretion. Submission of a membership application does not guarantee access.

Members of the HYPERLUXE network agree to treat all information received through the network — including vehicle details, pricing, seller identity, and negotiation context — as strictly confidential. Such information may not be shared, reproduced, or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of HYPERLUXE.
Breach of this obligation may result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to legal liability.
HYPERLUXE facilitates introductions only. We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a completed transaction. We are not responsible for the conduct of buyers, sellers, or brokers following an introduction, nor for the outcome of any negotiation or sale.
