HYPERLUXE operates as a private off-market acquisition network for ultra-luxury and hypercar vehicles. This policy applies to all information collected through hyper.luxe and any associated communications.

We collect information you provide directly when submitting a membership application or inquiry, including:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Country of residence
• Acquisition profile, budget range, and preferred marques
• Referral source and advisory context
• Any additional information provided in free-text fields

We also collect standard technical data when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is processed through Google Analytics (GA4) and is used solely for aggregate traffic analysis.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through membership applications or inquiry forms is used exclusively to:

• Review and process your access request
• Communicate relevant off-market opportunities aligned with your stated profile
• Facilitate introductions between qualified buyers and verified brokers
• Respond to direct enquiries

We do not use your information for automated marketing, third-party advertising, or profiling unrelated to your acquisition intent.

4. Information Sharing

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Information is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Seller introductions: If a mutual introduction is approved, limited identifying information may be disclosed to the relevant broker or seller — subject to your explicit consent at that stage.
• Service providers: We use Formspree to process form submissions. Submitted data is stored on Formspree's servers subject to their own privacy policy.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5. Data Retention

Membership application data is retained for as long as your profile remains active in the HYPERLUXE network, or until you request deletion. Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months unless an active transaction is in progress.

7. Cookies
